Indeck Keystone Energy LLC has partnered with Paytrace.com to handle secure online payments. For online payments, we accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover card. All personal information received on our site, is hosted by a secure server.
Paytrace.com is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Paytrace.com does NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Paytrace.com uses the information collected from you to process payments and to provide a more personalized online experience. Paytrace.com may transfer some information to its agents for purposes such as clearing credit cards, or analyzing traffic to enhance your online experience, but always under strict confidentiality. Paytrace.com guarantees that every payment transaction you make at Paytrace.com will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of a payment at our web site.

Cookies and Session Data – PayTrace does not store any sensitive information in cookies or your computer’s cache/memory. So, if you’re using a public computer to access PayTrace, your information is completely secure.
Network Security – PayTrace’s network is protected by several layers of firewall protection, intrusion detection mechanisms, and numerous other safe guards that protect our systems and information contained therein.
Physical Site Protection – All data is stored electronically in strictly controlled databases, and no private information is ever printed or otherwise distributed. Our servers are stored in heavily monitored and protected locations. Access to our servers is restricted to those who must service them and meet a vigorous background screen. Our network is protected by electronic, physical, and biometric means, and it is under 24/7/365 surveillance.
Compliance – PayTrace has validated that its information security measures meet the CISP (Cardholder Information Security Policy) requirements. PayTrace is compliant with the PCI (Payment Card Industry) CISP/DSS (Data Security Standards) as noted on Visa’s document.
